1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using our Site, or by contacting us to book a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Site and services.
2. Nature of Services
ZaraNights provides premium companionship services for social events, dinners, travel, conversation, and entertainment.
- All services are strictly for companionship and time spent together.
- We strictly prohibit and do not tolerate any illegal activities, including but not limited to prostitution, human trafficking, or any act that violates local, state, or national laws.
- Our companions are independent contractors who choose to provide their time and companionship through our agency.
3. Booking & Payments
3.1. Booking Process
All bookings must be made through our official channels (Website form, WhatsApp, or Phone). We do not recognize bookings made through unauthorized third parties.
3.2. Payment Terms
- No Advance Payment: As a policy, we do not require advance payments for standard bookings. Payment is made directly upon meeting the companion.
- Accepted Methods: We accept Cash and UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). Card payments may be arranged for specific VIP bookings upon prior request.
- Pricing: Rates displayed on the Site are starting rates and are subject to change based on duration, location (incall/outcall), specific companion, and special requests. Final pricing will be confirmed by our booking manager before the meeting.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
4.1. Client Cancellations
We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled meeting time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a temporary restriction on future bookings.
4.2. Companion Unavailability
In the rare event that a companion becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will immediately offer a comparable replacement of equal or higher value at no extra cost, or provide a full courtesy adjustment if a replacement is not acceptable.
5. Client Conduct & Safety
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect, aggression, or unsafe behavior. By booking with us, you agree to:
- Treat our companions with the utmost respect, dignity, and courtesy at all times.
- Maintain proper personal hygiene and present yourself in a clean, sober, and non-aggressive manner.
- Adhere to the agreed-upon time and scope of the booking. Extensions must be mutually agreed upon and paid for accordingly.
- Understand that our companions have the absolute right to terminate the meeting immediately, without refund, if they feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or if boundaries are crossed.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
Discretion is the cornerstone of our business. We guarantee that all client information, communications, and booking details are kept strictly confidential. 7. Limitation of Liability
ZaraNights and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. While we rigorously vet all companions, we act as an introductory agency and cannot be held responsible for the independent actions of our companions or clients outside the agreed scope of the booking.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of ZaraNights and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad and Bangalore, India.
